Instructor The Instructor of Shizentai Karate is Ayshea Buller. she is currently a 2nd Dan (Nidan). Ayshea has been training for 20yrs and started at the age of 7yrs. She has competed over many years in Kata, winning numerous titles and accolades. She is now devoting her time to teaching and will encourage her Students to test their skills in Grading and against others in Competition.
