Introduction
Shizentai Karate Club was formed in April 2008
and originally operated from the Port Tennant area of Swansea,
under the watchful eye of Instructor Ayshea Buller (Nidan).
The Club has now moved to its new home in Plasmarl.
Ayshea started Karate in 1990 at the tender age of 7yrs.
In her 2 decades of training as a Student,
she competed successfully at Local, Regional & National events
and has represented Wales at International level.
With that 20 years of experience behind her,
she is now steering her Students through the maze
of available Karate Gradings, Courses & Competitive events.
Shizentai is affiliated
to one of the most successful & progressive
Wado Ryu Associations in Wales

Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure.
Shizentai Karate Club, through the Welsh Karate Kai,
enjoys regular Gradings, Courses & Competitions.
Its Students are able to compete to the highest level.
The Instructors have the most
contemporary selection of tuition available to them,
to aid its programme of Continuous Professional Development.
New Students are always welcome,
Students returning will be given a warm "Welcome Back"
With a wide choice of classes available to them
and a Comprehensive Syllabus,
